Current students needing transcript release, can obtain an UNOFFICIAL transcript by download. Unofficial transcripts are only useful for a student's personal file.

All OFFICIAL transcripts must me mailed.

If your are currently, or have been, a student of the LHU department of canine behavior, and you need an OFFICIAL transcript, you have two options:

1. Complete the transcript release form (above) and a sealed transcript will be mailed directly to you. Note: any official, sealed transcript becomes unoffical if it is opened or altered. 

2. Complete the transcript release form and enter the address of the institution you need the transcript to be mailed to. We will mail an officail transcript to that entity.
